Program Costs

The investment in the Bootcamp is split into two parts: a monthly membership fee and a success fee that is due only after you’ve accepted a job offer.

Monthly Membership Fee

• $295/month, billed at the start of enrollment

• Continues monthly for the duration of your participation in the program

• Includes full access to coaching, curriculum, and community

Success Fee

• 2% of your first year’s total compensation, payable only after you accept your job offer

• Total compensation includes:

  • Base salary

  • Expected annual bonus or commission

  • First-year portion of any equity or stock grant

• This total is rounded to the nearest $100,000 to determine the final success fee

Example:
If your job offer includes a $100,000 base salary, a 20% bonus ($20,000), and $15,000 in first-year equity, your total compensation is $135,000 → Rounded to $100K → Success Fee = 2% of $100K = $2,000

Bottom line: This structure ensures that my success is tied to yours and that I’m fully invested in helping you get the best possible outcome.

Program Duration and Termination

Enrollment in the Bootcamp requires a three-month minimum commitment. After that, you may continue month-to-month as long as you’d like support and end your participation at any time. If you end your participation, the success fee will be waived unless you accept a job offer within 30 days of your exit. Monthly fees are non-refundable, regardless of your participation level during that time.
